Darcy began his career in project housing, where he honed his skills in hard work, efficiency, and adherence to AS 3000, learning the importance of accountability in small teams. Transitioning to the multi-residential sector, he applied his foundational skills to larger projects and quickly rose to site foreman, managing multiple teams to meet schedules.
